Welcome Our Executive Director

In September CFCE hired Neal Kelsey as our Executive Director. Neal comes to us from Victor Valley Community College, where he was involved in the start up of the part-time faculty union and helped them negotiate their first contract from scratch. He will be helping us with membership recruitment, contract negotiations and research, as well as the day-to-day operation of our union.
