The Coast Federation of Classifed Employees (CFCE), AFT 4794, represents more than 700 classified staff in the Coast Community College District.
The Coast Community College District (CCCD) governs three campuses: Coastline College, Golden West College, and Orange Coast College.
Our main office is located on the Golden West College (GWC) campus, at 15744 Goldenwest, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. The CFCE office at GWC is in the Forum 1 Building, Room 104. We also have a satellite office on the Orange Coast College (OCC) campus located at 2701 Adams Ave. Costa Mesa, CA 92626. The CFCE office at OCC is in the Technology Building, Room 215.
The CFCE has a dedicated Executive Council and a full-time staff member. You can reach our main office by calling (714) 895-8765 Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Mission Statement
As a labor organization, the CFCE is dedicated to working on behalf of every classified employee who works at one of the campuses within the Coast Community College District. As the exclusive bargaining agent, CFCE does everything within its capacity to negotiate the best possible contract, improve the working conditions at CCCD, represent members of the bargaining unit when employee complaints arise, and participate in the District's participatory governance.
